Before assembling the hydraulic disc brake on the assembly line, please carefully read the following operations to prevent assembly errors caused by improper assembly.

（1）. Remove the brake pad plug

（2）. Fix the disc brake to the frame, making sure to keep the disc brake in an unlocked state on the frame at this time

（3）.Thread the brake wire through the screw hole of the traction arm brake wire, pull the brake wire to make it in a tight state, and immediately use a No. 4 hex wrench to tighten the brake wire fixing screw, with a locking torque of 6-8N. m

（4）.Rotate counterclockwise to loosen the fixing screw of the traction arm until the traction arm is no longer fixed. This step is very important and cannot be ignored

（5）.Pinch the brake lever and immediately use a No. 4 hex wrench to lock and fix the disc brake onto the frame, with a locking torque of 6-8N. m:

（6）.Release the brake lever, rotate the tire, and check if the disc rubs against the brake pads. If there is any collision, loosen the fixing screws of the disc brake to check if it is caused by the cable pulling and tilting the disc brake. Then repeat step 5:

（7）.After completing the above steps, try riding to check the brake feel and test whether the car is braking. If the brake feel is low and the brake lever is close to the horizontal pipe, it is necessary to add oil into the oil disc. The oil replenishment process is the same as that of a regular oil disc.
