COVID-19 has caused extreme delays world wide and we appreciate your patience as we work hard to get orders out as soon as possible. We are working hand in hand with Fedex, USPS and UPS to ensure customer satisfaction.
At this time orders are being fulfilled within 2-3 business days and a tracking is provided in a separate email typically a day after the order has been placed.
Current shipping timeframe is 2-4 weeks once the order has been packaged and turned over the the shipping companies we have partnered with.

To return your product, email us and we will notify you of where to ship the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product is refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee

When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
