For model: KA35, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 650mm, 700mm, 750mm, 800mm, 850mm, 900mm, 950mm, 1000mm for choose.

For model: KA300, 70mm, 120mm, 170mm, 220mm, 270mm, 320mm, 370mm, 420mm, 470mm, 520mm, 570mm, 620mm, 670mm, 720mm, 770mm, 820mm, 870mm, 920mm, 970mm, 1020mm for choose.

Scale length means scales working travel length.

After making order, please leave a message to seller with you needed scales travel length.

0.005mm complete kit  :  If there is no message left, we will deliver the goods according to the travel lengths of 250mm and 700mm.

0.001mm complete kit  :  If there is no message left, we will deliver the goods according to the travel lengths of 270mm and 820mm.

Shipment

When you place an order, plase choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee (except free shipping). We will send the items within the delivery time once your payment is completed.

We will inform you if need to change to other shipping method or delay shipping.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

Returns

the items returned are intheir original conditions. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company,
please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
