Tips: Solution for V5s plus not return to the charging dock to charge:

(1) Remove any debris from the side wheels or side brushes to avoid foreign objects being entangled and preventing the robot from returning to the charging dock.

(2) Using the original charger for the machine, it is essential to have sufficient battery power for each cleaning cycle.

(3) Ensure there are no obstructions within 1.5 meters in front of the charging dock and within 1 meter on both sides.

(4) Ensure that the charging electrodes of the robot and the charging base are in good contact, regularly clean the robot and charging base electrodes, and avoid dust and dirt affecting charging efficiency.
