5. The output of ballast is high votage line, please do not cut it for rejoint, it's not safe and can notget maintenance.

A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition. Goods which is damaged ormissing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with properpackaging. After receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
1. We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
2. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller's) return address.
Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soonas we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
