1.To get dual monitor display, each computer / laptop needs 2 video connections to correspondent HDMI Input A and Input B port on the KVM switch.

2.Wireless mouse and keyboads, Mechanical keyboards and mouses are not supported. Standard 104-key wired USB keyboard, standard 2 or 3 button wired USB mouse are recommended

3.Reliable adapters are needed but not included for DVI, VGA, DisplayPort (DP), USB Type C video outputs. Please be aware of the adapters needed for your setup before order.

4.please do not use any USB HUB

5.Please check the HDMI IN1, DP IN1 and USB IN1 is corresponding, HDMI IN2, DP IN2 and USB IN2 is corresponding, NOT support mixed insertion.
