1.When you use eARC or ARC soundbar,please you use HDMI INPUT of soundbar connect with AUDIO ONLY HDMI port of our audio extractor,please DO NOT use HDMI eARC/ARC Input of soundbar that can not get any audio.because eARC port of Soundbar ONLY could connect HDMI eARC INPUT of HDMI TV directly,it can not add another device between eARC soundbar and HDMI eARC TV
2.When you use Navceker eARC audio extractor with 4K@120Hz (YUV 4:2:0 with New Version PS5/XBox One and PC/computer),please you use all of HDMI cable with 19 pin HDMI 2.1 version Cable(Less than 3 meter HDMI 2.1 Cable).we suggest that you use Navceker HDMI 2.1 Cable that works well with Navceker eARC audio extractor.

TV Mode:In TV Mode,the HDMI output signal is in TV copy mode,so the output resolution will be based on the EDID displayed on the TV,HDMI Audio extract output will also extract audio,AUDIO ONLY HDMI out will get 2.0CH or 5.1CH audio format.
Multi CH Mode:In 7.1CH mode,the audio format is LPCM,the HDMI audio extract output signal will be output on the HDMI AUDIO ONLY output.(Note:If the TV or monitor does not support 7.1CH,there will be no audio signal)

Navceker HDMI Switch support LPCM 7.1CH ,Dolby True -HD,DTS -HD,AC 3,DTS ,DSD, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos audio format ,But can 't decode these audio formats .If your Amplifier or soundbar not support these audio formats ,there will be no audio out from your soundbar or amplifier .At this situation ,please set the audio format to PCM /LPCM on your HDMI source .

1 .ARC/eARC :First ,Please make sure your display support ARC/eARC function .Second ,Using HDMI cable plug into HDMI ARC/eARC port on your display .and the other side plug into the HDMI output on the switch .( warm tips :2.0CH audio does not support ARC/eARC function )
2 .You should operate it properly when the switch is working ,If you find the switch is not working ,we suggest you unplug the power supply and plug it again .
3 .When turn on the switch ,By default ,the input 1led indicator will light on at the start when disconnect HDMI source .
